On October 26th, 1995, the campus of Tubman University, a small Georgia college, was shocked by the brutal murder of the newly-appointed dean of the history department, Max Cahill. The victim was working late in his office when the killer bludgeoned him to death with an unidentified object. Despite several viable suspects, the police were forced to close the case because they couldn't determine how the killer got to Max while avoiding detection by video surveillance cameras.
